TOBIN Consulting Engineers has recently been appointed to
perform sound level and noise compliance monitoring for a
major outdoor concert at Marlay Park, Dublin.
This project involved both compliance monitoring at noise
sensitive receptors surrounding the event location and technical
liaison with the sound engineers on the sound desk.
Monitoring at such events is required to ensure noise levels
remain in compliance with Local Authority derived noise licence
limits throughout an event.
