Ulster Bank is offering discounted personal 'green'
loans for energy efficient schemes relating to works in the
home.
Through these schemes, homeowners can apply for an SEI grant
to improve the energy efficiency of their home or to instal
renewable energy heating systems.
Those who are approved for a grant are eligible for a 1.4pc
rate reduction on an Ulster Bank standard fixed-rate personal
loan for the work carried out.
The bank is offering loans of €1,500 to €40,000 with a 1.4pc
discount on standard fixed rates for personal loans.
