TOBIN have announced the appointment of Mr. Brian Allum as
UK Country Manager, with effect from 3rd January 2012.
Brian will spearhead the development of TOBIN’s business
in the UK market in the Water Services and Energy sectors.
He has 37 years experience in the water industry around the
world and has held senior positions at Thames Water in the
UK and internationally.
