a criminal offence in all EU Member States, so as
to ensure that EU legislation is properly enforced,
says the Legal Affairs Committee in a co-decision
report - approved on 8 April - on a proposed EU directive
on the protection of the environment through criminal
law.

with their ex-employer have promised not to use confidential
information allegedly taken by one of them before
he left, the High Court heard.

on the new EU's Lisbon treaty - a move representing a victory
