QESH Administrator

Indaver Ireland Limited is seeking applications for the position of QESH Administrator - Location: Dun Laoghaire Offices.

Reporting to Quality Manager, duties include -

  • Administration of the Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety management system
  • Co-ordination of procedure reviews
  • Customer Audits & Communication
  • Auditing and site inspections – internal and external
  • Coordination and delivering QESH training
  • Dealing with customer queries in relation to QESH issues
  • Vendor Control
  • Raising Corrective Action Reports
  • Identifying and assisting in the implementation of areas for improvement within the QESH management system.

Applicants should have -

  • Leaving Certificate
  • 3rd level qualification in related field desired, but not required.

Work Experience -

  • 1-2 years working in an office environment in an administration role.

Skills -

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good written and administration skills
  • Must be able to produce quality work within required deadlines
  • Good Communicator
  • Proven ability to multitask
  • Computer Literate
  • Presentation Skills.

Driving licence desireable but not essential.
