The Chartered Institute of Wastes Management (CIWM) 2008
Annual General Meeting and the next open meeting with associated
site visit will be held by the Republic of Ireland Centre
on the 30th of April at Cork County Council's new landfill
facility situated at Bottlehill, Co. Cork (off the N20 Mallow-Cork
Road).
The meeting will comprise of three papers focusing on landfill
engineering and the management of landfill emissions. Attendance
at the meeting will constitute 4 hours of Continuing Professional
Development (CPD).
