The 13th annual Energie-Cités Rendezvous will be held
in Cork, Ireland from the 9th to 11th April 2008.
With over 150 members in 24 countries and representing more
than 500 towns and cities, Energie-Cités is the association
of European local authorities for the promotion of local sustainable
energy policies.
The Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources,
Eamon Ryan TD - together with Councillor Tom Sheahan, Mayor
of County of Cork and Eckart Wurzner, Mayor of Heidelberg,
President of Energie-Cités - will perform the official opening.
